Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a unique Return Authorization Number.
Package Securely
Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and include all certificates of authenticity and appraisal documents before sealing it in a padded shipping envelope.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our gemologists inspect the returned item to verify its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
